Procurement Services

Kewnique provides concierge procurement and sourcing services for furnishings, décor, lighting, textiles, accessories, and related home styling products. Procurement services are intended to assist clients with curated product sourcing, vendor coordination, quote preparation, and designer purchasing guidance.

Procurement Request Requirements

Procurement quote requests require:

A minimum of 3 items per request, or
A minimum estimated purchase value of $1,000

Clients may submit:

Product links
Vendor names
Screenshots
Inspiration photos
Room images
Product specifications

Kewnique reserves the right to decline procurement requests that fall outside the scope of services or vendor requirements.

Procurement Fee Structure

Tier One Procurement
Purchases totaling $1,000–$4,999 are subject to a 10% procurement fee.

Tier Two Procurement
Purchases totaling $5,000+ are subject to a 15% procurement fee.

Procurement fees compensate for:

Designer sourcing expertise
Vendor communication
Quote preparation
Product coordination
Concierge procurement assistance
Product research and recommendations

Procurement fees are separate from product pricing, shipping costs, taxes, installation fees, and third-party vendor charges.

Product Availability & Pricing

All product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Kewnique cannot guarantee vendor inventory, lead times, backorders, or discontinued products.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Verifying all measurements and dimensions
Confirming finishes, materials, colors, and quantities
Reviewing all quotes and product details prior to purchase approval
Ensuring products will fit through doorways, elevators, staircases, and installation areas

Kewnique is not responsible for incorrect measurements, installation issues, or client ordering errors.

Vendor Purchases

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all purchases are made directly through third-party vendors by the client. Kewnique does not warehouse, manufacture, stock, or directly ship products.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Kewnique is not responsible for:

Shipping delays
Freight damages
Lost shipments
Vendor backorders
Manufacturing defects
Delivery delays
White glove delivery issues
Installation services
Third-party vendor disputes

Any shipping, delivery, damage, or warranty claims must be handled directly with the vendor, carrier, or manufacturer.

Revisions & Additional Requests

Complimentary procurement quote requests include limited revisions. Additional sourcing revisions, extensive product changes, or expanded procurement requests may incur additional fees.

Refund Policy

Procurement fees and sourcing fees are non-refundable once procurement work, sourcing, or quote preparation has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Kewnique shall not be held liable for vendor performance, product defects, shipping issues, delivery delays, contractor performance, installation errors, or damages resulting from third-party products or services.

Acceptance of Policy

By submitting a procurement request or purchasing procurement services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Procurement Policy and all related terms and conditions.
