• Kewnique is not responsible for measurement inaccuracies provided by the client.

• Design concepts are intended as creative guidance and are not architectural, engineering, or contractor plans unless explicitly stated.

• Clients are responsible for verifying dimensions, fit, building requirements, safety, and installation feasibility before purchasing products or beginning installations.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate measurements, photos, and project details

• Respond to communications in a timely manner

• Review deliverables promptly

• Independently verify all dimensions and product specifications prior to purchase or installation

• Consult licensed professionals when necessary

Delays in communication or missing information may affect project timelines.

5. Design Deliverables & Revisions

Deliverables may include:

• Mood boards

• Design concepts

• Product recommendations

• Shopping lists

• Styling suggestions

• Floor plans

• Renderings

• Digital presentations

Revision allowances vary by package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.

6. Product Availability & Vendor Disclaimer

Product pricing, availability, shipping timelines, and inventory are subject to change without notice.

Kewnique is not responsible for:

• Vendor delays

• Out-of-stock items

• Damaged shipments

• Carrier issues

• Manufacturing defects

• Delivery delays

• Product discontinuations

• Third-party service failures

Clients purchasing products directly from vendors do so at their own discretion and subject to the vendor’s policies.

7. Procurement & Sourcing Services

Procurement fees and sourcing services compensate Kewnique for research, curation, trade sourcing, administrative coordination, and related design assistance.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients typically purchase directly from vendors

• Kewnique does not take possession of merchandise

• Kewnique is not liable for vendor performance, freight handling, shipping damage, or warranty claims

8. Payments

Payment is required before services begin unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit/debit cards

• PayPal

• Stripe

• Other approved payment providers

Late payments may delay project completion.

9. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to the Refund Policy posted on this website.

Due to the custom and digital nature of services and products:

• E-design services are non-refundable once work has begun

13. Limitation of Liability

16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services or digital products that have been delivered, started, accessed, downloaded, or substantially performed.

Kewnique reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, agreements, communication records, timestamps, invoices, and proof of delivery in response to disputes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
