Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

At Kewnique E-Design & Home Styling, each service and digital offering is customized, curated, and time-based. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

By purchasing any service, membership, digital product, sourcing assistance, or consultation from Kewnique, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. E-Design Services

All e-design services, design packages, consultations, mood boards, renderings, shopping lists, and styling services are non-refundable once work has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Design concept development

  • Space planning

  • Mood boards

  • Product sourcing

  • Shopping lists

  • Renderings

  • Design revisions

  • Styling recommendations

  • Digital presentations

Due to the customized and digital nature of these services:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work or partially completed projects.

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • If a client chooses to discontinue the project after work has started, all amounts previously paid will be retained by Kewnique.

  • Design fees compensate for creative time, research, planning, and intellectual property, regardless of whether products are purchased.

2. Discovery Calls & Consultations

All consultation fees, discovery calls, strategy calls, and paid design sessions are non-refundable.

Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may be forfeited at Kewnique’s discretion.

3. Digital Products & Downloadable Content

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Digital guides

  • Resource lists

  • Shopping lists

  • Lookbooks

  • Templates

  • Downloadable PDFs

  • Styling guides

  • Worksheets

  • Canva templates

  • Educational materials

  • Members-only downloads

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once access or delivery has been granted.

4. Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Monthly memberships

  • Annual memberships

  • Members-only access programs

  • Trade access memberships

  • Digital content memberships

  • Subscription-based services

Members may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not provide refunds for:

  • Current billing periods

  • Partial months

  • Unused quote credits

  • Unused member benefits

  • Previously delivered content or services

Any complimentary quote credits or promotional benefits:

  • Expire monthly unless otherwise stated

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Do not roll over into future billing cycles

5. Procurement Fees & Product Sourcing

Procurement fees, sourcing fees, concierge sourcing fees, and trade sourcing services are non-refundable once sourcing work has begun.

These fees compensate Kewnique for:

  • Research time

  • Vendor coordination

  • Product sourcing

  • Quote requests

  • Procurement assistance

  • Trade access coordination

  • Design curation

  • Administrative work

Because product availability and vendor inventory change frequently:

  • Kewnique does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or delivery timelines.

  • Vendor purchases are subject to the vendor’s own policies.

  • Refunds related to products, damages, delays, or shipping issues must be handled directly with the vendor or retailer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Custom Orders & Special Requests

Custom design work, personalized digital products, custom sourcing requests, and special-order services are non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services or digital products that have been delivered, started, accessed, downloaded, or substantially performed.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback attempt:

  • Kewnique reserves the right to provide project files, communications, invoices, agreements, download records, timestamps, and proof of delivery to the payment processor or financial institution.

  • Access to services, memberships, digital products, or future purchases may be revoked.

8. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of Kewnique in extraordinary circumstances.
