Kewnique Procurement Process

Step 1 — Submit Your Procurement Request
Clients begin by completing the Kewnique Procurement Request Form and providing project details, desired furnishings, product links, inspiration images, vendor preferences, and estimated budget information.
Clients may:
• Request curated sourcing assistance
• Submit specific products they already wish to purchase
• Upload screenshots, inspiration photos, or direct vendor links
Procurement quote requests require a minimum of 3 items or a minimum estimated purchase value of $1,000.

Step 2 — Project Review & Qualification
Kewnique reviews the submitted request to evaluate project scope, sourcing needs, product availability, and vendor coordination requirements. Additional information or clarification may be requested before procurement services begin.

Step 3 — Procurement Quote Preparation
Once approved, Kewnique prepares procurement pricing and sourcing recommendations based on the submitted items and project needs.
Procurement Fee Structure
Tier One Procurement
Purchases totaling $1,000–$4,999 are subject to a 10% procurement fee.
Tier Two Procurement
Purchases totaling $5,000+ are subject to a 15% procurement fee.
Procurement fees compensate for:
• Designer sourcing expertise
• Vendor communication
• Quote preparation
• Product coordination
• Concierge procurement assistance

Step 4 — Client Approval
Clients review all product selections, pricing, quantities, finishes, dimensions, and vendor details prior to purchase approval. Clients are responsible for verifying measurements, specifications, and site conditions before placing orders.

Step 5 — Vendor Purchase Process
All purchases are made directly through the vendor by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Kewnique does not warehouse, stock, ship, deliver, or manufacture products.

Step 6 — Procurement Coordination
Kewnique may assist with:
• Product sourcing
• Vendor communication
• Order coordination
• Product recommendations
• Procurement guidance
Kewnique is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays
• Freight damages
• Manufacturing defects
• Vendor backorders
• Third-party delivery issues
• Installation services
• White glove delivery coordination unless specifically contracted

Step 7 — Final Procurement Completion
Procurement services conclude once approved orders have been submitted and procurement coordination has been completed.
Additional Terms
- Procurement and sourcing fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Complimentary quote requests include limited revisions.
- Additional sourcing revisions or extensive procurement changes may incur additional fees.
- Product pricing and availability are subject to vendor changes without notice.
- Kewnique reserves the right to decline procurement requests that fall outside project scope or vendor requirements.
